Overview

Email Extractor is a Chrome extension that helps recruiters collect professional contact emails from job posting pages for recruitment outreach purposes.

Data Collected

• Email addresses from job posting pages you visit
• Job titles associated with extracted email addresses
• Source page URLs where emails were found
• Your MailBlast Pro login email (authentication only)

How Data Is Collected

Data is collected only when you explicitly click Start Extracting. Before collection, users see a prominent disclosure screen and must click I Agree to proceed. No background collection occurs.

How Data Is Used

• Saving recruiter contacts to your MailBlast Pro database
• Enabling automated recruitment outreach campaigns
• Deduplication to avoid contacting the same recruiter twice

Data Storage

All data transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Supabase cloud linked to your MailBlast Pro account. Auth tokens stored in Chrome local storage.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data. Accessible only to you and MailBlast Pro backend services.

User Consent

Before any data collection, users see a prominent disclosure screen and must click I Agree and Continue. Consent stored locally, shown only once per installation.

Data Deletion

Request deletion at autom8207@gmail.com. All data deleted within 30 days.
