Overview

MailBlast Pro is a recruitment outreach platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, store it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

  • Name, email address, and password for account creation
  • Professional profile info (job title, skills, location, phone)
  • Gmail OAuth tokens to send emails on your behalf
  • Recruiter emails and job titles via Email Extractor extension
  • Email campaign data including sent emails, replies, and bounces
  • Resume files uploaded to the platform

Data Storage

All data stored in Supabase cloud. Gmail OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256. Data retained while account is active.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data. Third-party services: Supabase, Google Gmail API, Vercel, Inngest.

Gmail API Usage

Gmail API used only to send emails and detect replies. Complies with Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.

Data Deletion

Request deletion at autom8207@gmail.com. Deleted within 30 days.
